The cancer cell generally formed due to some genes regulation problems which leads to cell grow in uncontrolled manner. The cell grow and some cell apoptosis, so the peptides may be engulfed by the antigen presenting cells like dendritic, B lymphocytes and macrophages. The peptides now presented on the surface of cells through the MHC class II molecules of the antigen presenting cells. Now, the antigen presenting having peptides interact with the T helper cell.

The cancer cell expressed their mutated protein on the surface of cell through the MHC class I molecules.

The T helper cell get activated and secrete the cytokines and activate the B lymphocytes, macrophages, cytotoxic Tc cells and so on. The B cell now bound to peptides if found and Differentiated into plasma cells to secrete antibodies.

The cytotoxic T cell now searching for the MHC class I molecules. Once it found on the cancer cell it degranulates and kills the cells.
