Meiotic products of the somatic cell have 5 picograms of DNA it means haploid cell content is 5 picograms.

Thus the somatic cell is diploid in nature so it will contain 10 picograms of DNA. G2 phase of cell cycle comes after the S phase so in the S phase the amount of DNA gets doubles(because of DNA replication).

Thus the somatic cell will contains 10X2=20 picogram of DNA.
