e. anti A and anti B only

Red blood cells type O don’t carry any antigens. Thus, A- and B-antigens are foreign to a O blood person, and anti A and anti B antibodies will be found in plasma. There will not anti Rh antibodies, because O+ person have Rh antigen on the surface of red blood cells.
