I was doing revision for my test and came to a question that asks how to eliminate a prozone reaction. I think done threw refrigeration but one of my friend says it by diluting the antibody and another says it's by concentrating the antibody by centrifugation. So just wondering if someone can help me to get to the correct answer

A prozone reaction is the absence of the antibody-antigen precipitation due to antibody excess. As a result, diluting the antibody could help to eliminate the prozone reaction. Several dilutions could be checked.
