Yes it can be beneficial. To make the classroom inclusive for both students and children; there are various factors that are responsible for it. The role of teachers is of utmost importance to make the classroom interactive. Incompetent teachers will not be able to serve the students efficiently. Practicing different skills in different areas than peers without disabilities. Practicing skills during different routines than peers without disabilities. Entering the classroom for designated periods of time only. Leaving the classroom for separate instruction. It leads to higher self esteem by being included in a regular school the children with disabilities have shown to be more confident and display qualities of self efficacy. Better social skills and communication: Social skills are learnt just through observation and imitation.
