The secretary hates golf, so as he is not a teacher, he is the burger lover, and he is neither Bill, because he sat next to the burger fan, nor Fred, who likes golf, so he is either John or Tom. But Tom brought hot dogs, so John is a secretary, and he brought burgers.

Bill is neither burgers fan, nor the steak lover, so as Tom brought hot dogs, then Bill loves chicken.

The secretary John and the teacher hate golf, Fred plays golf, then as Tom is neither a teacher, nor a nurse, then Tom is a pilot, who plays golf, loves hot dogs.

As Fred likes golf, then he is not a teacher, he is a nurse, so Bill is a teacher, and he loves chicken.

Then Fred is a nurse, who loves steaks.
