Country A will undergo democratization, which is the transition from a military rule to a more democratic regime. Basically, country A will have to undergo various processes in its democratization journey. For instance, democracy requires three fundamental principles: upward control (sovereignty residing at the lowest levels of authority), political equality, and social norms by which individuals and institutions only consider acceptable acts that reflect the first two principles of upward control and political equality. However, country A will have to first develop solid public political structures before transferring power from the military to the newly created government.
