Hi, I humbly will like you to explain to me, how to go about the password ( pin ) validation as its been used in this site, : http://ghana.waecdirect.org

I am helping a small clinic in Africa get a way to release lab results, using pin number and serial number as its being used in the above website. the patient purchase the scratch card and puts in the invoice number and the registration details and then with the pin and serial numbers, she/he could retrieve the result in pop-up after form submit. the scratch card says eg. card 1 of 3 used. Meaning when the card is used to retrieve the results information, limitation is given to the validity of the pin up to three times usage. I do not know if the form control used in the above site is java script form validation, and if yes,pls I will be very grateful for your help.
