the saturated temperature of the steam is 198.3oC
Since the operating temperature of the steam is greater than saturation temperature hence steam is in a superheated state.

T = 250oC
v = 0.152 m3/kg
u = 2695.3 KJ/kg
h = 2923.3 KJ/kg
s = 6.709 KJ/kg K
