I believe this is correct. There is an illustration of equal opportunities and different circumstances. Imagine you are to run a race. The goals you want to achieve are at the finish. There are many people along with you who want to reach similar goals: get an education, a nice job, get a decent computer, buy a car, save money for a vacation, meet the one whom you will love your entire life.

Then Life, the judge of the race, starts arranging your starting positions, and you notice one weird thing: some people are put 100 m behind you, some people 7 km behind you, some people are just 35 m from the finish, while you personally were told that the finish is 5 km ahead.

Ready, steady... Go!

Who decides whether to run or not? You. Who decides whether to run the additional 7 km or not? That girl from Eritrea. Does anyone force the guy from Lichtenstein 35 m away from the finish to run? No, he himself.

Therefore, man as master of these possibilities is the judge of their use.
