However, the world history has many shortcomings which makes it unsuitable to be relied upon by those seeking vita information from the past. First, the publications of the world history are based on the judgments of one person who might have been an observer in the events of the past thus it is prone to human errors such as bias and lack of attention to important details. There are some cases of misunderstanding of the world history which brings about confusion when addressing important events in history. The narrative used in the world history is questionable since it favors the western culture more than other regions and it portrays the region as being heroic even when there are some significant contributions made by other regions. The concept of conflict is overemphasized in the world history whereas other significant concepts such s religion and trade are only mentioned without details.
