Covid 19 has pushed many governments and criminal justice officers to explicitly adopt measures that would reduce the spread of the pandemic while increasing public safety. As such, the criminal justice system has adopted measures such as curfews which not only proof effective to curb the pandemic but also increasing public safety overall.
