My 5 competitive priorities include; cost, quality, time, flexibility and innovation. In most instances when I am purchasing I have to consider all priorities even though at times it's a challenge. I have to ensure I purchase an item at low cost but a high-quality one that is using the current innovation of technology and with the highest level of flexibility. A consumer will always choose a product based on his/her priorities and ensure that they are all accomplished on purchase.
