Why many businesses are not relevant anymore in the digital era? Please provide three (3) points with detailed explanations and examples?

1) It is time-consuming and lacks flexibility since if customers need some goods or services they need to present themselves to the business.

2) Increased costs of operation since one has to hire an office for employees to work from there and thus they can't work remotely to reduce the costs overheads.

3) Less market coverage, many businesses are seeking for the large global market and that cannot be achieved by a business which is not operating in digital era thus it may end losing the market share and thus profit margins as well.
