identify and discuss any 4 role players in setting agenda for foreign policy formulation
Executive- The executive's major responsibilities include implementing public policies and supervising, coordinating, and managing ministries, departments, and agencies (MDAs) engaged in policy implementation.
Legislators- They have the power to originate and create policies because of their direct constitutional authority. They represent the people of their different constituencies as elected legislators.
As a result, they must gather their people's opinions, concerns, demands, and issues, harmonize them, and convert them into policy suggestions for the legislature.
Judiciary- It is worth noting that the judiciary does not have the authority to originate, devise, or implement policies under the Constitution. It does, however, contribute considerably to policymaking through the interpretation of the constitution and legislation.
Administrators - Administrators are policy implementers who work directly under the executive branch of government. They can be found in MDAs. Administrative systems differ from country to country, just as political systems do. In terms of size, complexity, structure, and autonomy, the kind of political system in any country defines the type of administrative system in place.
