Ms. Radha and Ms. Vaishnavi were friends and were doing B.Tech in Electronics Engineering from a reputed engineering college in Mathura. While studying in the 6th Semester of B.Tech, they developed a computerized BP monitoring machine which had the facility to send automatic emails of reports. They patented the idea. Now they want to enter in a market where they can manufacture and sell the products. But this idea was full of risk, as the customers might not accept such type of product, but if they get succeed, it may be proved as a revolutionary idea and might change the functioning of different present health checking products. The trial product was made. But, for manufacturing and delivering such kind of products
they required around Rs. 2 crores. Both of them contacted some affluent individuals who were convinced with the idea with a condition that their funds would be exchanged with a
convertible debt. Identify the type of investors and mention any four features of such investors.
