What are the similarities and differences of a wise person and a lover of wisdom? Explain your answer

A lover of wisdom means that a person knows a lot of wise things, that doesn't necessarily mean that they are wise themselves. A wise person can give specific advice whereas a lover of wisdom can regurgitate advice.

A wise person probably innately knows many of the things that a lover of wisdom knows.
