Hi Sir,
We have some people who are staying above our flat. They have kids who jump and run anytime during the day sometimes beyond 1 am at night.

Is there any acoustic treatment which we can give our ceiling, so that we can live in peace. When their cousins come on weekends and vacations, its a nightmare.

We are residing in Mumbai and have concrete floor and ceilings. Kindly suggest a cost effective method
