Is animatter influenced by gravity? Is there a way to contain or to increase animatter in any one space?
The gravitational interaction of antimatter with matter or antimatter has not been conclusively observed by physicists. Most methods for the creation of antimatter (specifically antihydrogen) result in high-energy particles and atoms of high kinetic energy, which are unsuitable for gravity-related study.
Antimatter in the form of charged particles can be contained by a combination of electric and magnetic fields, in a device called a Penning trap. This device cannot, however, contain antimatter that consists of uncharged particles, for which atomic traps are used.
