The program utilizes active participation as women actively participate in constructing individual resilience and attaining tools and strategies that improve their wellbeing.  Passive participation conversely comprises one-sided declarations and directions from organizations or administration without heeding the publics’ reactions.Mexico’s Estancias public childcare services fundamentally utilize passive participation. They involve society only in enrolling on the services. Given that the individuals are not in line with various specifications, they may not qualify to attain services from the program. The program, as such, does not heed society’s necessities and desires.
