The evolution of Public Administration in Ghana began with ‘a Chieftaincy Administration’ which was practiced before the arrival of the Europeans. In the process, the British introduced what could loosely be referred to as a ‘Traditional-Federal’ State. To what extent do you think that this change in the systems of governance was inevitably leading to a ‘Democratic’ system of governance in Ghana?
The transition from Chieftaincy to Traditional Federal State administration in Ghana was the entrance for the progression that was inevitable leading to economic, political and social changes which are the components for good governance and the emergence for good democracy in the state of Ghana.
