The following activities can be involved in change impact analysis:
- Evaluation of the impact of the change of the project on currently running tasks, the cost of the project and its schedule and deadline;
- Thinking about the priorities: benefit, cost, penalty, and risks associated with the change;
- Identify the order of accomplishing the tasks and think about whether they can be combined with the tasks that you already have;
- Estimate how much time and power you will have to dedicate to make tasks.
