1Change function- this involves initiating a procedure to replace that which was there before. It is used by managers to improve performance.
2Organizing function- this is bringing together different factors or units of production so that they can be productive. These units may include, human resources and finances.
3Relationship function- this is a function of ties between either employees in the organization or customers and suppliers on the outside.
