The entry product of glycolysis is a molecule of glucose and the end product is piruvate. If piruvate isn't converted into lactate (as it happens in anaerobic or aerobic glycolysis) it's going to form a molecule of acetyl-CoA. Acetyl-CoA is an entry product of TCA and it condenses with oxaloacetate to produce citrate. After a series of enzymatic reactions citrate is converted back to oxaloacetate - an end product of TCA.
