Define Bioresources and their vital role
The negative impact of man on flora and fauna is carried out in two ways: direct - by direct destruction and indirect - by changing the conditions of existence. Many animals and plants are exposed to both factors simultaneously. As a result of the negative impact of man, there is a process of reducing the vegetation cover of the Earth (especially forest), depletion of the species composition of flora and fauna. Some species of plants and animals have disappeared completely, others have become rare and endangered. Therefore, the need arose for urgent measures to protect flora and fauna, preserve biodiversity and the planet's gene pool, restore biological resources and their rational use.
