For Job A, employee II is taking the least time that is 5 manhours, hence Job A should be allocated to Employee II.

For Job B, employee I is taking the least time that is 3 manhours, hence Job B should be allocated to Employee I.

Moving on to Job C, Employee III, IV and V are taking the same least time, hence, it should be allocated after deciding for other jobs.

Like For Job E, Employee IV is taking the least possible time that is 4 hours to complete the particular job, hence it should be allocated to Employee IV.

Now, we have Job C and Job left for allocation.

For job C, employee III should be selected and for job D employee V should be selected and hence jobs should be allocated to them respectively so as to minimize the total manhours.

Employees are being named just to remember the employee specific information as moving forward for calculation :

Sujay = Employee 1

Pawan = Employee 2

Prasad = Employee 3

Mohan = Employee 4

Hari = Employee 5
