Teenagers between the ages of 13 and 19 experience severe problems daily because this is the most uncomfortable time of their life. Teens are exposed to some outstanding external and internal issues at this period. They must deal with hormonal changes, puberty, social and family demands, job and school pressures, and so on. Many teenagers believe they are misunderstood. It is critical that their emotions and thoughts are recognized and that this validation comes from their parents. Parents must approach their children who have been coping with adolescent growth challenges with caution and friendliness to discuss the matter (s).
