In my class plans, I'll add team-building activities. I'll be recognizing desirable behavior and disregarding minor annoyances that could have the positive consequence of redirecting behavior in desirable directions, preserving a pleasant atmosphere. Even harsh actions taken as a result of the consequences, as well as team-supporting measures, will be used effectively to restore or create a conducive classroom environment.
