The biggest veins of right hand are vena cephalica dextra, v. basilica dextra, v. intermedia cubiti, vv. brachiales, vv. ulnares, vv. radials, vv. interosseae. After all blood from right hand flows into v. axillaris which runs into v. subclavia. This one goes into v. brachiocephalica dextra which runs into v. cava superior. It enters the right atrium of the heart. Blood of pancreas flows into vv. pancreatoduodenalis which run into v. lienalis, v. mesenterica superior, v. mesenterica inferior, v. gastrica sinistra. All of them go into v. cava inferior directly or via v. porta. V. cava inferior enters the right atrium of the heart. Heart consists of four chambers which are right and left atria, right and left ventricles. There are four valves, two of which are right and left atrioventricular ones and others are semilunar ones. Gas exchange takes place in the pulmonary alveoli, in the first type alveolocytes.
